KoiStage is free for koi clubs, always, so that any club anywhere can run a good show. Patrons, dealers and associations sponsor it yearly, and people who love the hobby donate. That is what pays for it.

Where the money goes
Every sponsorship and donation pays for building and running KoiStage, and nothing else. That is what lets every club use it free.
- Building what comes next: new features and a better experience for clubs, exhibitors, judges and volunteers. On a platform this new, that is most of it.
- Keeping it running: the servers, the database, sign-in emails, photo storage, the domain and card processing fees.
- Being there through the show season: help for clubs during their shows, and fixes when something breaks.
Sponsorships and fees that a club collects for its own show go to that club in full. KoiStage takes nothing from them.
Yearly sponsorships
For patrons, dealers, breeders and associations. Charged to a card once a year; it stops when you tell us.
Sign up on or before December 31, 2027 and you are a founding sponsor. Your price stays the same for as long as you stay, and the Founding label is permanent. Public prices rise after that.

Limited to 5 patrons. Once those places are taken, this is closed to everyone else.

Sponsorship terms
- A sponsorship is charged to your card once a year and renews on its own. It stops when you write to us, and the year already paid for runs to its end.
- Founding sponsors keep the price they signed up at for as long as they stay subscribed. The Founding label is permanent.
- There are 5 patron places and no more. One opens only when a patron leaves.
- Your name and logo appear on KoiStage's own pages: the homepage, the supporters list and, for patrons, your page. Never on a club's show pages, and never near judging or results.
- A sponsorship buys no say in any show, its entries or its judging.
