When a club takes payments online for entries or booths, the card processing fee belongs to Stripe, not KoiStage.

How a show runs on it
Exhibitors enter online and know their fees up front. Your benching team measures, photographs and tanks each koi from their phones. Judges place the winners on the floor with no koi missed, and the results and slide deck are ready the moment the last award is confirmed. You run the show. The paperwork takes care of itself.
